Head Coach - Ron Etzkorn
Before joining the Lakeland staff Ron was a varsity coach in Maryland for 5 seasons. Coach Etzkorn was the freshman coach for the 2008 season and had been the Junior Varsity coach for the last fourteen seasons.

High School: Christian Brothers Academy.
College: University of Scranton and Masters Degree from Washington College

+ Three Time 1st Team All-Conference Player in 2010, 2011, and 2012
+ Three Time 1st Team All-County Player in 2010, 2011, and 2012
+ Twice Group 3 - 3rd Team All-State as a Junior and Senior
+ Part of the 2015 NJAC Conference Championship Team
+ Part of the 2010 North 1 Group 2 State Championship Team

Cole Lankford - JV Coach
Before joining the Lakeland Staff, Coach Lankford was a Head Coach for the New York Bluebirds Program in New York for 3 years. He grew up playing sports in Missouri and was a 3 sport varsity athlete in high school. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Fontbonne University where he played collegiate baseball. This is his second year coaching for the Lancers.

+ First Team All-District 1st/3rd base (2011-2014)
+ 1.00 ERA with 50+ innings pitched (2014)

Dave Reilly - Freshman Coach
Dave joined the staff in 2022 after previously serving as a volunteer coach. Dave was a 3 year starter at Lakeland.

Rick Capozzi - Assistant Volunteer
Rick retired as head coach in 2024 after coaching at Lakeland for over 30 years. However, this season Rick is volunteering his time and can still be seen in the third base coaches box at most games.

In his first year as Head Coach in 2006, his team won the Passaic County and Northern Hills Conference Championships. Rick played on the 1981 Group 2 State Championship Team and the 1983 Conference Championship Team. He coached the 2006, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2023 Conference Championship Teams. He also coached the 2006 County Championship Team and the 2010 and 2015 North 1 Group 2 State Championship Teams. He is a member of the William Patterson University Baseball Hall of Fame.
